The 50 Year Tune-up

This center-hall colonial had the usual galley kitchen in the rear, typical in the 1940's, but very small by today's standards.  Pat and Vick wanted a new kitchen and breakfast room, and this is what we came up with.  Exterior painting, a new flagstone patio, and some fresh interior finishes complete the project.
